Chicago Fire talking trial with Norwich City player

Chicago Fire coach Frank Yallop has been in discussion with Norwich City over bringing 19 year old Jamar Loza in for training during the January window when the Fire start their preseason says a source.

The 19 year old signed with Norwich last January but has not appeared with the club since. He went on loan in October at League One side Coventry city where he made only one appearance.

Yallop and others on his staff have been in talks with Chris Hughton over the idea of a training/trial for the youngster for weeks. While Hughton is not on board just yet, the source says that Jamar might be looking for some substantial playing time, to show his manager that he is ready for minutes at Norwich.

During the January window, the Fire set to be training in Arizona ahead of the 2014 Desert Diamond Cup.
